Our colleagues over at Eater Montreal have been knocking it out of the park on the emerging story of prominent American chefs who have pledged to boycott some aspects of the Canadian seafood industry over commercial seal hunts. Big name chefs like Tom Aikens and Curtis Stone have signed the anti-Canadian seafood pledge, which could seriously harm fishing communities across Canada.
