Bradford Ellis Executive chef at Tappo has to do it himself: "It's gotta be thick-cut country-style bread, the bacon needs to be double-smoked, I want a lot of mayo, the tomatoes need to be thick-cut heirloom beefsteak tomatoes with iceberg lettuce. I'm in heaven, for sure - that is great hangover food, but I don't trust anyone else to make it."
