Chef Nathan Lowey of Campagnolo ROMA has taken over the kitchen helm at Campagnolo on Main as chef de cuisine while Chef Joachim Hayward has been promoted to chef de cuisine of Campagnolo ROMA.
Lowey will be revamping the Campagnolo menu but do not fear - fan favourites like the crispy ceci and tagliatelle will remain - as will the philosophy of whole animal butchery and a devotion to seasonal ingredients. His new menu launches tomorrow, word is that you can expect more classic Italian dishes especially ones using bone marrow and duck gizzards.
