Legendary Hy's Server Retires; Free Wine Flight

DOWNTOWN— Goodbye and thank you to legendary server, Rick Kayser who retired this week after almost 50 years working for Hy's. Rick joined Hy's in February of 1964 aged 19. He worked for Hy's at the Sands until 1983 when he moved to Hy's Encore where he has worked ever since. Staff, past and present along with friends of Hy's were on hand to celebrate Rick's incredible contribution. Eater raises a glass and wishes Rick all the best for his future. [Eaterwire]
