Gastown Turducken Sandwiches; Wildebeest Winery

GASTOWN— Another exciting winery/restaurant meeting of minds as Wildebeest have collaborated with the Road 13 winery to create Wildebeest Red and White. The result, they say, is a "light-bodied red and Alsatian-inspired white." Only 50 cases of each have been produced and you can have that by the glass or bottle at the restaurant with a limited number of bottles available in private stores in the new year. [Eaterwire]
