Another French bistro trip for Mia Stainsby, this time to Absinthe which scores four stars overall. Absinthe is "an agile, inviting balance of delicious food, great prices and conviviality" says Stainsby, with a "lean, simple menu..." Mia's not happy about the lack of choice for her review process but decides "the food is almost consistently very good so what's the problem with a repeat or two?". [Vancouver Sun]
