Bambuddapic.jpgGastown's Bambudda have launched a vegetarian menu with meat-free versions of some of their regular favourites. Radish Cakes now come with pickled beets, mushrooms and sea sprouts as well as topped with smoked brisket, there is a tofu-skin vegetarian sausage and veggies can finally try the steamed buns sans pulled pork. Meat-eaters should not despair: there will still be plenty of crisp chicken skin to go round. [Eaterwire]
