Bosomworth was charged Sept. 11 with one count of "secretly observing nudity in a private place... The alleged offence, which carries a prison sentence of up to five years but has not been proven in court, took place between Dec. 14, 2012 and Dec. 18, 2012.Vancouver police spokesman Sgt. Randy Fincham said in an email Monday that Bosomworth was charged after one victim was identified by images recorded on a camera that was allegedly hidden in a public washroom inside the restaurant. He said police could not identify other victims "due to the poor video quality."
