Continuing in our tracking of chef Jefferson Alvarez's 300 dishes project at Gastown's Secret Location, here are the menus for the second week in his 30 -day mission. True to his promise, so far, not one duplicated dish in each of the 10-course daily changing tasting menus. Chef Alvarez announced on Twitter this week that on February 13th, he'll be cooking a special menu inspired by his childhood.
