The Dine Out festival isn't just about scoring prix fixe menus - there are also fun events to sign up to all across town. We asked some of the city's best chefs what they'd like to score tickets to.
Chef David Robertson, Owner/Head Instructor at The Dirty Apron Cooking School and Delicatessen: "I fell in love with good street food while travelling through Asia and I am thrilled that Vancouver now has a bustling street food scene as well. A lot of really great chefs have gone the route of cooking unpretentious yet really flavourful and well-executed dishes out of food trucks, and I wish I had more time to give them all a try. I feel like I have barely scratched the surface when it comes to testing the different food trucks in the city, so a food truck tour would be a great way to get a few more under my belt."
