That six-course cocktail/culinary mash-up we mentioned last week? It's a Cocktails and Caviar event hosted at YEW by chef Ned Bell and lead bartender Justin Taylor - with special guests West Restaurant's Chef Quang Dang and bartender David Wolowidnyk and Bittered Sling's Jonathan Chovancek and Lauren Mote.
The first of the six courses will be Ned and David, Jonathan and Justin, and Quang and Lauren working together, the final three courses will reunite each restaurant's respective colleagues. MC'd by Dawn Chubai and cocktails supported by Okanagan Spirits, tickets are $125 for six courses and cocktail pairings and include tax and gratuity.
