DOWNTOWN — Limited tickets are on sale for Vancouver's inaugural Calvados Cocktail Competition featuring six of the city's best bartenders vying to win a $1000 cash prize and a prized bottle of 20-year old Pere Magloire Calvados. MOUNT PLEASANT — Another first for the city - this time a Curry Cup on Tuesday March 4. Eight of Vancouver's top chefs from the Chefs' Table Society will compete to win, including Brian Skinner from the Acorn, Chris Whittaker from Forage and Hamid Salimian from NEXTJEN Gluten-Free.
