DOWNTOWN — Try a taste of Pacific North West Winter at the second Elementa culinary event on Monday February 17. This time the venue is Ask For Luigi where diners will have a locally-sourced 8-course tasting menu with curated drinks pairings from Wildebeest sommelier Justin Everett. The focus of this dinner will be on shellfish; the cooking style "minimalist new-Cascadian, using modern and classic cooking techniques to highlight the provenance of the ingredients."
