Mia Stainsby heads off to Eater Heat Map Favourite, the Fish Counter and enjoys almost every single sustainable bite. The fish and chips batter is "lightened with R & B micro-brewed beer and the fish inside is pristine" and "Baja-style cod tacos are similarly clean and fresh." The chowder gets the thumbs down, "(it) could have used an assist of cream and more vegetables...And whoever seasoned it went overboard with salt."
