You or I might want to judge a chef on how they cook a dish. Not in the crazy world of Top Chef Canada. No - when it comes to testing a cook, the best way is, of course, send them up a climbing wall. Why? Because we do things differently in Canada from the USA... we have universal health care and we're going to make you take some exercise before you monter everything au beurre, dammit. And that goes for our presenters too!
