So, we got a 'postcard' from last year's Top Chef Canada winner Chef Matthew Stowe who's been promoting the many delicious tastes of Canada to the folk in South Korea.
Hi! I am in Seoul, South Korea for two weeks cooking with this amazing team. I have eaten some amazing Korean BBQ, and of course, the kimchi here is out of this world. My favourite so far was one made from watermelon rinds! They are loving our Canadian beef and lobster as well!!!
