Bottles of Old Rip Van Winkle Distillery's bourbon (often called Pappy Van Winkle or Pappy) have been sighted in Vancouver. Bourbon lovers call it the world's best and its limited production means that it's one of the most sought after bourbons in the world. There are, at time of writing, according to the store catalogue, eleven bottles at BC Liquors 39th and Cambie location. Limit is 1 per person and they cost $105. [Twitter]
