Spot Prawn Festival Coming Soon

Tickets for the eighth annual Spot Prawn Festival are on sale now, for May 10 at False Creek Fisherman's Wharf. Tickets for the always-sells-out event are $15 for spot prawn lunch plus access to the drinks tent for free samples from the coffee, beer and wine sponsors. Limited tickets are available for a Brine and Dine combo, $40 buys lunch for two and an insulated tote bag to take fresh-off-the-boat prawns back home.

Presented by the Pacific Prawn Fishermen's Association and the Chefs' Table Society of BC there will be live entertainment, free activities for kids and free cooking demos from top local chefs including Ned Bell from YEW at the Four Seasons and Darren Brown from Oru at the Fairmont Pacific Rim. And - of course - the chance to buy live, locally-sourced and 100% Ocean Wise prawns directly from the dock.
