Looks like we were right when we pegged Cafe Medina's new spot to be the old Tappo/Quatro space at 820 Richards. But best news is that Jonathan Chovancek will be their new chef. Fans of the Bittered Sling Bistro pop-ups have long wanted him to get into a permanent space. We'll just have to wait til August to see what he has planned. [Eaterwire]
