Vikram Vij's My Shanti: Opening Delay

We received an email from Vikram Vij last night confirming that his new restaurant My Shanti would not be opening, as planned, that night.
"After reviewing last week's dry run and the style of food and service ... We decided to let the kitchen and front of the house practice a bit more and feel totally comfortable with the menu and the place ... Also there are lots of last minute details that needed to be finished so rather than stressing out the kitchen and making mistakes ... We all decided to delay by a week for the sanity reasons. Next Sunday for sure!" Watch this space for a confirmation of that opening date.
