After a successful friends and family opening this weekend, you'll finally be able to taste what a 'revolutionary' pizza is like when Pizza Fabrika open their doors at 1680 Robson tomorrow. Fully licensed, and open 7 days a week from 5p.m.-12a.m Pizza Fabrika is launching with eight different pizzas including 'Spud' topped with a gooey cauliflower puree and Flammkuchen with double-smoked bacon and crispy pork crackling.
Keeping it authentically Italian, they're using D.O.P. San Marzano Tomatoes in their sauce. Desserts are served in a jar and if you're popping by for take-out - they're available too - for just a dollar more and you get to keep the jar. They open at 5p.m. tomorrow, so stop by to say 'Welcome to the neighbourhood'.
