Change is coming to Toptable's CinCin kitchen which will allow chef Andrew Richardson and team to cook meats and fish Italian-style on a wood-fire grill. We've heard rumours that a total direction change was mooted for CinCin to become a high-end Argentinian steakhouse, however this was scotched by their PR who said:
We will be investing capital in some changes to the CinCin kitchen. The new custom-designed wood-flamed grill will be significantly larger than our current oven - which will allow us to continue enhancing our cooking methods. While staying true to CinCin's philosophy of providing the finest contemporary Italian cuisine, we look forward to continuing to deliver the extraordinary dining experiences our guests have come to know and love. CinCin is not going to be an Argentinean steak house.· CinCin [Official Site]
