Woah! A couple of tickets have been returned for Buckstop on Denman's inaugural Pig & Brewer's Dinner tomorrow night with a special dessert of ice cream made from Dark Matter beer. Buckstop's chef Henry Besser Rosenberg will be smoking an entire pig to serve over three courses, paired with beers selected by Sean Hoyne who's in town from Victoria for VCBW.
