Late Night Weekend Happy Hour Lands at La Mezcaleria; Araxi Longtable Menu Announced

KITSILANO — Araxi's Longtable Dinner is coming to Vancouver for the first time this year at the Bard on the Beach venue at Varnier Park. The menu for the 'largest longtable to date' has just been announced, bringing together a powerhouse team of all Toptable chefs, Andrew Richardson from CinCin, Frank Pabst from Blue Water Cafe, Quang Dang from West, and Thierry Busset from Thierry Patisserie and Cafe and, of course, James Walt from Araxi. COMMERCIAL DRIVE — Happy Hour has landed at La Mezcaleria from Tuesday-Thursday 5:00-6:30p.m. and Friday and Saturday midnight-1:30a.m. On the menu, local craft beers served in little glasses Mexican Cantina-style for $3, $4 shots of el Jimador silver and Reposado, $5 glasses of LA Cetto Chenin Blanc from Mexico and Bodega Munoz Garnacha from Spain and souped-up Mexican style gin and tonics with fresh ginger and cucumber plus margaritas for $8.
