Exciting words from Boulevard's maitre d' Brian Hopkins at the media launch for the new Sutton Place Hotel Boulevard Kitchen and Oyster bar this week. Also speaking at the event wine director Lisa Haley said that her wine list will be "...international but with BC well-represented" and head bartender Justin Taylor (ex-YEW) revealed that his cocktail menu will be "Inspired, fun and seasonal. Dedicated to working with local distillers with fruits, vegetables and honey, showcasing what BC has to offer in a glass." Wonderful indeed.
