Welcome to our photo series Eater Scenes, where Eater photographer Robyn Hanson visits some of the city's great restaurants to capture them at a certain, and very specific, point in the day. Today in celebration of The Five Days of Meat, we visit Buckstop.

In-the-know West Enders and hungry-for-comfort industry types keen to be fed after long shifts have been crowding to Buckstop on Denman since it opened just over a year ago. Following a rave review from the Globe and Mail's Alexandra Gill, Buckstop's fame just keeps spreading. Owner and Chief Spirits Slinger, Fiona Grieve, chef Henry Besser Rosenberg and team have created a warm, welcoming and downright delicious gem of a a barbecue joint in the heart of the West End.
