Boulevard Kitchen and Oyster Bar threw a lavish party on Thursday night to celebrate being officially open for business at the Sutton Place Hotel. Industry supporters turned up in their droves to enjoy generous pours of Taittinger, bartender Justin Taylor's cocktail creations and all the good things that Okanagan Crush Pad's David Scholefield had to offer. Add to that a seemingly endless supply of oysters freshly-shucked by Oyster Bob, lashings of shrimp, chef Alex Chen's canapes and Jason Pitschke's chocolates and Boulevard just neatly nudges into pole position for hosting the (so far) Party Of The Year.
