Los Cuervos Taqueria Expanding; Dinky Dawgg Rolls Out Electric Hot Dog Carts

FRASERHOOD—Los Cuervos Taqueria is expanding into a 600-sqft former yoga studio next door. Scout reports that the addition will double seats to 50 and include a bar and some new fixtures. Biltmore and Minami alum Mark Gunther is creating the drink list. Look for construction to be complete in about a month. [Scout]

HOT DOG WIRE—Dinky Dawgs now operates entirely electric hot dog carts approved by the city. Originally based in Whistler, Dinky also runs a brick-and-mortar location at the Granville Skytrain Station. [EaterWire]
