MrRedCafeBC.jpgMr. Red Café is the subject of Alexandra Gill's latest review, and she adores the fresh, light flavors of their Northern Vietnamese cuisine, which differs somewhat from the heavier Southern Vietnamese cuisine in that the flavors are more subtle. She notes that everything is made from scratch, and laments even writing about the 25 seat restaurant (reservations recommended) because it has been a culinary gem almost too good to share.
