Sizzling scenes on Robson street last week thanks to CinCin inviting legendary Argentinian asado chef Francis Mallmnan over to share his grill skills with chef Andrew Richardson. Who knows how Toptable managed to wangle a permit from the city to have roaring flames and meat hanging out on Robson for two days, but somehow they did: and here are the pictures to prove it. Mallmann used "eight or ten techniques of fire learned from the indigenous people' to cook up a multi-course feast which centred on incredibly tender meat which had hung on the fire for nine hours slowly roasting. Prepare to drool. · CinCin [Official Site]
