The Critics' Choice Signature Dishes were announced at the 6th Annual Chinese Restaurant Awards this week at a ceremony at the Four Seasons Hotel. After 180 days of tasting and testing, the critics' panel announced ten must-try dishes across the Metro Vancouver area. From high level dining to food court fare the critics' list covers it all. This year a new award category of Canadian Food Product of the Year was created, the inaugural winner is Northern Divine Caviar with its certified organic sustainable caviar produced from Fraser River White Sturgeon in BC's Sunshine Coast. We asked judge Lee Man, regular contributor to Urban Diner and Van Mag Awards Judge to talk us through the ten best dishes.
