Thomas Haas has pulled out all the stops for B.C.’s blueberry season at both his Kitsilano and North Shore locations. Treats include lemon blueberry cake, blueberry spritzer, blueberry tarts and a blueberry and champagne parfait.
Hit the Tasting Lounge at the Odd Society and try Matt Cooke’s White Cross cocktail which includes the company’s East Van Vodka, BC blueberry blossom honey, and Bittered Sling’s Denman Bitters, garnished with fresh BC blueberries.
Head up Hastings to try Campagnolo ROMA’s dessert list which includes a Gluten-Free dark chocolate cake & preserved BC blueberries with milk chocolate butter cream, salted caramel, vanilla crème fraiche. Their rotating feature board will include glazed zeppole (Italian doughnuts) with BC blueberries.
Head into Globe@YVR for a pre-flight local blueberry cheesecake served with raspberry coulis and seasonal fresh berries. It’s also available at the hotel’s Jetside Lounge.

The Juice Truck’s new brick-and-mortar location offers two items packed with BC blueberries: the Blueberry Lavender smoothie, with blueberries, dried lavender, banana, lemon zest, chia and almond milk; and a juice made with local blueberries, coconut water and mint.
Granville Island’s finest is offering a BC Blueberry menu from mid-July to mid-August, which includes dishes like Canadian grain salad with fresh and dried blueberries, braised pork shank with whiskey blueberry jus and a blueberry and mascarpone ice cream served with crunchy hazelnuts.
It's a blueberry bonanza at the Four Seasons. In the YEW kitchen, chef Sean Murray is featuring a baby kale salad with Balsamic pickled BC blueberries. Dessert blueberry needs are taken care of thanks to pastry chef Bruno Feldeisen’s personal-sized warm BC blueberry pies with vanilla ice cream. And you can pair all that with an Afina Royale cocktail for the full BC blueberry experience (gin, ginger liqueur, lemon, B.C. blueberry compote, honey, egg whites and cardamom.)
